A strong cold wave is also expected to prevail in parts of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and parts of Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, North Madhya Pradesh for the next 3 days. At the same time, Orange alert has also been issued by the Meteorological Department for Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh from 13 to 16 January.
