Former Indian captain and BCCI president Sourav Ganguly’s health deteriorated suddenly on Saturday morning, after which he was admitted to the Woodlands Hospital in Kolkata. Talking to the media after meeting Father Sourav in the hospital, his daughter Sana said that she is better now and her condition is stable. Dada got dizzy while doing gym at home and after which he complained of blackout. He was admitted to the hospital. However, now his health is improving and he is out of danger. His corona test was done, which has come negative.
Ganguly had chest pain while exercising
According to the report, 48-year-old Sourav Ganguly was doing a workout in the gym at his home on Saturday, and during this time he had chest pain. After this, the family immediately admitted him to the Woodlands Hospital in Kolkata. While going through his angioplasty, Sourav’s daughter Sana said that she can talk about this later. But before sitting in the car, Sana said that he is doing better now.
They are talking and their condition is stable. Earlier, Woodlands Hospital issued a statement saying, ‘Sourav Ganguly’s condition is now stable. Ganguly underwent angioplasty after which a stent was inserted into the veins of the heart. At the moment, Sourav Ganguly is perfectly fine. Thanks to God.’
Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee also went to the hospital to take care of Ganguly
After Sourav Ganguly’s health worsened, fans and cricketers, as well as politicians, also wished him a quick recovery. Meanwhile, Home Minister Amit Shah spoke to BCCI President Ganguly’s wife Donna over the phone and inquired about his health. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee also went to the hospital to take care of Ganguly. After meeting the former cricketer, Mamta said that he is doing well.
