Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan came to power by promising to create a new Pakistan. Since his coming to power, the economy of this country has become so scorched that now only one egg has started getting 30 rupees. And at the same time, the price of 1000 rupees a kg of ginger and 60 rupees a kg of wheat shows that inflation has become a symbol of a sinking economy, setting new records every day in Pakistan.
An egg for 30 rupees
The situation in this country has become so bad that if someone buys eggs at the rate of a dozen, then they have to pay 240 rupees and if they buy only one egg, they will have to pay 30 rupees. In most of the neighboring countries, chicken is being sold at the rate of Rs 300 per kg.
People craving for two time meals
In addition to poultry products, the price of every item of livelihood needs is skyrocketing in Pakistan. Here, ginger is being sold for Rs 1000 a kg and sugar at the price of Rs 104 per kg. People in Imran Khan’s new Pakistan, troubled by the domestic gas crisis, do not even get two full meals.
Record break price
About 25 percent of the people of this country are living below the poverty line. As the need for eggs and ginger increased during the cold season, their prices also broke the record. Apart from all these things, wheat is also being sold at 60 rupees per kg, after which the prices of flour have also increased.
Price control impossible
The condition of the Government of Pakistan is such that the Prime Minister has been constantly in cabinet meetings to control the price of flour and sugar. Also, these days Pakistan is also facing severe food shortage and on the other hand the domestic gas crisis is also taking a terrible form. Gas spying company Sui Northern is facing a shortage of 500 million standard cubic feet of gas every day. If the government of Pakistan does not take the decision to buy gas soon, the homes of the people in Pakistan will not be able to burn the stove.
