Ganguly’s Kovid-19 test negative, not fever

Kolkata, 3 January (IANS) The Cricket Board of India (BCCI) president and former captain of the Indian team Sourav Ganguly has got the Kovid-19 Test negative. The doctors gave information about this on Sunday.

Doctors said that Ganguly did not have fever.

Ganguly was admitted to a Kolkata hospital in the afternoon on Saturday due to chest pain.

Doctors said that Ganguly slept well on Saturday night. He had breakfast and also had morning tea. His ECG was also done which happened at 10 am. The result was satisfactory.

The hospital said in a statement, the medical board will meet tomorrow and discuss further treatment.

Ganguly suffered chest pain on Saturday and was admitted to the hospital due to blackout (dark eyeshadow). He called his family doctor who advised Ganguly to be hospitalized. After this, he was admitted to Woodlands Hospital at one o’clock.

Doctor Saroj Mondal, who treated Ganguly, said he underwent angioplasty and angiography. He is stable now. There were many reasons for his heart attack. He will be able to start his normal routine early.
