In the cause of poverty, Gautam Gambhir, the MP from East Delhi, is starting a public kitchen to help those people who get even one time meal. In Gambhir’s Jan Rasoi Yojana, people will get nutritious and clean food in one rupee by filling their stomach. This kitchen scheme is going to be started in Gandhi Nagar and similarly in other East Delhi Parliamentary constituencies, this kitchen scheme will also be started.
Interaction for 100 people in the kitchen
Gautam Gambhir said that in other states of the country, there is a provision of kitchen operated by the government for the needy, but such has never started in the capital of the country. But now the poor people of the capital will get full food meal for 1 rupee.
The mass kitchen prepared in Gandhi Nagar has been prepared in an area of 35 hundred square feet, in which 100 people will be able to eat together. Food will be served after taking the coupon from the main gate of the kitchen. Physical distance will also be taken care of inside the kitchen. The Corona crisis will not allow 50 people to come together.
Healthy food and clean water to every person in Delhi
Gambhir said that it is the right of every person to eat healthy and clean food keeping aside caste, creed, religion or financial condition. It is a matter of great sadness that the homeless and destitute people do not get the bread for two days. I am sad that compared to the states, our capital does not have such facilities for the poor. It is my dream that every person in Delhi gets healthy food and clean water. I will work until this dream comes true.
