Central government company Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) is planning to sell its stake (Government Stake). After this, it will be asked whether the subsidy will be given to 7.3 million domestic LPG (LPG Customers) customers of BPCL.
But in the meantime, the government said that LPG (Privatization of BPCL) will continue to get the benefit of this subsidy (LPG Subsidy). After coming under the new owner of BPCL, the business of the company was given full rights.
7.3 crore LPG customers will continue subsidy
An official told that even after being the new owner of BPCL for three years, customers will continue to get subsidy. If the company owner refuses to do so, then the government company will be transferred to Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) and Hindustan Petroleum (HPCL).
